Adani Ports to increase global connectivity, will connect Mundra to New York

Adani Ports: This new service will boost India’s logistics efficiency, better trade relations business opportunities, and economic growth.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEz), India’s largest ports and logistics company, today inaugurated the WIN service of the Ocean Network Express (ONE) Line. The service’s first ship, MV ONE Modern, is moored at APSEZ’s busy and spacious Mundra Port. 

The new service aims to enhance trade operations between Adani Port Mundra and Hazira, Northwest India, and North America through a faster and more efficient weekly service. The service connects New York, Norfolk, Savannah, and Charleston to Mundra. The maiden voyage yielded 3,855 TEUs.

MV ONE Modern, the first ship of the WIN service, arrives at the inauguration ceremony. Senior people of the company attended the party. Rakshit Shah, Executive Director, Pranab Chaudhary, CEO of Adani Ports, and Sujal Shah, CEO of Mundra and Tuna Ports were also present. 

Masahiro Sakibubo San, Managing Director, One India, and Sandeep Sibal, Regional Director, West Asia, were present on behalf of One Line Company. The new service was inaugurated by the dignitaries by exchanging souvenirs.

One Line is the seventh-largest shipping company in the world. It provides comprehensive trading services in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Launching the WIN service is an important step towards creating a new commercial route at Adani Mundra Port and enhancing India’s maritime trade relations.

This new service will boost India’s logistics efficiency, better trade relations and business opportunities, and economic growth. Greater connectivity will allow easier and more reliable movement of goods between India and North America, benefiting importers, exporters, and the entire economy.

The launch of the WIN service at Adani Port Mundra is a historic event that will play an important role in enhancing India’s position in global trade, driving the country’s economic progress, and strengthening trade relations with the world.
